If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The therapist Swanzetta was amazing. As far as the front desk staff Adante and office manager Nory not ok!! My husband was deployed for 9 months never signed paperwork and upon returning made my daughter an appointment and was unable to attend. He called a few minutes after the appointment start time and was told he would be charged a no show fee. Again he had no idea of procedures because he never signed paperwork. He along with I have tried explaining that to office staff with no regard. We were told it was my responsibility to explain that to him although he did not sign paperwork. So over thier no show no exception policy they have lost clients. This place should be removed from Tricare’s list of accepted facilities since they have no regard for deployed soldiers. I will be reporting. Think twice before going here. God forbid you have an emergency. Will be charged over $400 for missed appointment !!! Even if you are not the one that signed paperwork.
