On Thursday, when the cell phone was already disconnected, I went again and in there was who talk to me Wednesday she told to the girl that take the payment on Sunday I was the one who wanted to change the payment day and I started to ask her why the phone its disconnected if she told me I going to have my phone until april and they said they could not do anything knowing that it was a mistake of her, said she was not going to pay for that and trying to blame me. I told her that she has three cameras there if we can saw what she said, I asked to speak with the owner and said I could not do that( being rude and knowing that is her false ). They do not really know what they are doing and they do not know how to treat the customer. Call another Metro PCS in spring lake and explain what they said.

I called another Metro PCS in spring lake and explained to her what they did and she told me that this is not the first time that people are going for the same thing and in less than 30 minutes she solved the problem. From now on I prefer to travel 30 min to make a payment.
