If I could give a negative 5 I would. I moved into my residence on 09/27/17. The container actually beat me there. The problem came when after one week, two weeks, three weeks and there was still NO pickup. I called every week, got on the website to track my pickup and low and behold the site said "pickup completed". Uh, no! I called the number and was told that the driver said that my container wasn't out?? Frustrated beyond belief I called to cancel the service and even that took two calls. At no point did they attempt to rectify the issue, no courtesy pickup, nothing. There's no conflict resolution at this company just a group of people who obviously have zero pride in their work. If you can avoid this place like the plague!
